I want to get a graphics card for my computer with a built in TV Tuner. Is this possible? i want to get this as cheaply as possible :P whats the best around? do i have to get a graphics card and a Tv card seperately?? i have a dell optiplex GX1 is there something i should check on my motherboard? i have an ATI Rage pro II graphics card at the moment. I want a PCI card not an AGP. Any help appreciated.

The ATI All In Wonder is the `best around', but it is expensive. You can add a TV tuner card (if you have a free slot) for much less money.
