CPU/Ram: XP2500+ 512mbDDR333

When Im browsing in opera Im getting some garbage pixels on screen sometimes.

I have tryed a few things inlcuding replacing cheap ddr ram with quality ram

Im not sure what could be causing it dose anyone have sugestions ??

XP2500+(333), 512mb DDR333, asus A7v8x-x mb, Radeon 9600, Sb live player, hauppauge wintv (older chipset) and Ibm 40 gig hdd

try updating your graphic card drivers because you are only using windows 98 and your graphic card looks like a newer type.
