Whenever I quit playing a game of Quakeworld, I get an error saying that WINOLDAP cause a GPF in KRNL386.exe. I've tried quitting all running programs except explorer and systray, but that didn't work.

Is the Winoldap error an illegal operation? If so try to change the resolution of your vga card and update the drivers.
