I'm having some trouble with my gif files. At first I was having trouble downloading macromedia flash player but once I got that working, all my flash and gifs and what not were working fine until out of nowhere they wouldn't load. Also when I right click on the gif, alot of the info says "not available". When I try to save it as a gif it also won't let me and instead saves as a bitmap file. Has anyone else had this problem before? I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you

Internet Explorer saves images as bitmaps
We've heard that a million monkeys at a million keyboards could produce the complete works of Shakespeare; now, thanks to the Internet, we know that is not true

I tried all that but still to no avail. I'm not so much worried about saving the gifs. I just want to be able to view them on web pages

Perhaps something there to help.
They have a popup on the page but no problem if it is blocked.

Would this be the (infamous) red x problem?
