Getting msipcsv error.

Everytime I go online and use a browser I get msipcsv red box... And have to close it to browse the net...

Any clues, or solutions?

This file is part of the GetRight program. You must uninstall GetRight from your computer.

Or just go to DOS and delete it. It'll run without it.

msipcsv.exe is a file contained in a program called the Aureate Spy, which keeps track of internet activites for marketing purposes. In additon to GetRight, there are many programs that are known to install the Aureate spy

This is an aureate SPY program
DELETE THAT FILE
I have checked out what it does. I have proved that the following site is correct about this file:
