I am running Windows 98 and installed the ColorPage-Live software for the scanner and lost the driver C:\windows\system\vmm32.vxd Does anyone know where I can get that driver. Thanks for any help

Live software for the scanner and lost the driver C:\windows\system\vmm32.vxd Its still there i have it reinstalled it nothing seems to work .. It is a Genius problem but the vmm32.vxd is netmeeting Genius messed with it during instalation and the Genus line to call last time gave me the run arounds saying that person was not there to handle it i might not get another genius product... Unix has the same prob with one of their scanners and has fixed it and has a patch for it. We have a colorpage live scanner, everytime we scan a photo or anything for that matter, it comes up with yellow streaks on each side. As time goes by we've noticed that the yellow sides have gotten larger and now run into our photographs etc. Is there anything that can be done to rid this yellow? We still have our installation cd and book, but re-installing hasn't helped. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you very soon. the funis =)

I have the same scanner with the same yellow streaks, as you say they have got worse. Have you found anything out? I can't seem to get rid of them either:-(
If anyone still needs that driver i'll send it to them. Leave a mesage here where you want me to send it to.

Genius colorpagelive scanner original software is not configured to work with windows 98, I wouldn't try to load it if I were any of you, you'll end up with a missing file and have to reinstall windows.
