Tech Support is very expensive, especially for large companies. So, they purposely go out of there way to hide their number or direct you to automated support. Actually getting the right person on the phone is an art form. :-) Good Luck!

PB filed bankruptcy months ago.
Hopefully their gone for good by now.
If we're lucky, they're in jail for selling so many pieces of s--- to the consumer.

I agree with the previous 2 responses...
Packard Bells always were junk and the same could be said for Compaq.
Follow Andrew's suggestion and post a specific question in this forum. Most of the more knowledgeable people here (me not being one of them)know more than most of those people who answer tech support calls.

I just ran across this site today, I think it is a blessing that people are still around that will go out of their way to give advice and/or their specific expert knowledge to another human being.

However, these type of people are rare and tremendously hard to locate. Mainly because there are so many unknowledgable people on this internet that spend ALL of the very little precious time that GOD gave them on this earth to CRITICIZE OR CONDEMN others.

So to those that ask questions and get a totally unrealistic or maybe I should use the language of the unknowledgable "STUPID" response, go away laughing ...remembering !!!

What goes around ALWAYS COMES AROUND!!!!

God Bless the ones that use this site for a the GOOD of others, it will payoff to you in only a matter of time.

Have a wonderful day!
