Above error message in DOS

In Win95, on clicking A drive icon - message says -
disk not formatted - do you want to format
On saying yes for formatting - ( full format ) - message
says - no disk in drive, wrong capacity etc.,

CMOS setting correct at 1.44 3.5"

This will happen when you are trying to read an unformatted disk. Go to this web site for recommendations.
