GeForce2 - nvclock.dll missing !

Please, help me! I just bought a brand new card GeForce2 MX and instaled it. Everything works perfect, only my Computer writes after every start this message "Cannot find nvclock.dll". I looked for it at the CDs I got with my card, but there was no file like this. Please could you help?

the problem it seems that can be solved by entering in the startup menu then run type "msconfig" and in the startup deselect the nvclock, exit and then restart, you can also disconect other things that you don`t whan`t win98 to load
