Please help, Recently my PC has developed a annoying fault of randomly closeing games (age of Empires 2, and desperados) as I'm playing them, I can reload them straight after and don't get any error message, One minute I'll be happily playing away then the next whoosh screen returns to my desktop and the game has disapeared. Any one any ideas?
Graham PS I haven't changed anything recently and I have been able to play these games fime for about a year until the last few weeks!

one of teh things i can think of is that ur graphics card could be getting overheated. put another card and test.
a virus could be taking up precious memory. (far stretched as most modern viruses attack networks) but run a virus scanner anyways...
sometimes it could be a hardware limitation that shows up at a later time. i had such a prob with NFS 5 myself!! on p3 550 MHz machine!. make sure ur machine meets all system requirements
all said and done------> the most demanding on sys resources for most users are games..... 100+ things colud go wrong.... lastly check with the game makers for patches, and updates.
good luck bye---
