free virtual cd program???

I'm looking for a virtual cd program that is free and doesn't have a trial period. I find a lot of them out there but I can't seem to find any that are totally free without a some sort of time limit on them. I suppose I could go through the trouble of downloading morpheus or something to get one but is there a different way??? Thank you
