Hi, I have been looking for scanning software for win 98. I have been given an old Plustek OpticPro A31 scanner which I have downloaded drivers for but they didnt include any scanning foftware. So the computer can see the scanner but I cant do anything with it.

Does anyone know of any free scanning software for win 98? I have to use the scanner on this PC because there are no drivers for any os above 98SE.

Thanks for any help.

If the driver is TWAIN compliant, then any TWAIN application should work.

Microsoft Kodak Imaging will recognise TWAIN Driver Scanners, it is an optional component of W98.

Thanks Walter Mitty, I completely forgot about that program. I tested it and it works fine. Yay free A3 scanner!! Woo!
