Hello,
I have renamed this forum to Windows 95/98. I think the 9x was confusing a few people.

Cool, looks good! Probably a good idea, as it makes it a little more clear exactly what to post here.

Hello Justin, PC Freak, (in India we address a person by first name - no offence)
I guess saying win 95 /98 will make it even simpler of someone not familiar with comps. But then it still does not say if its win98 FE or SE or 95B ...just kidding.
On a more serious note, will it be possible for you or the other mods to let a poster (at least the regulars) know via email or by messages to the "my computing" section the reason for removal of his/her post? I wake up one morning and find that my post which seemed safe and uncontrovertial is just gone...gone just like that... I just feel a one line reason for the removal will let the poster know EXACTLY was wrong and perhaps avoid such mistakes in future. Or he/she would atleast know it was not his/her fault.
Pretty frustrating to find a post removed. I have myself at times recommened posts for removal but then those were clearly on the other side of "acceptable" lines.
Good Luck and Happy Computing,
Kailas Shastry, India.

Aw - I liked the term '9x'
Still, if it helps to minimize any possible confusion, I'm all for it.
Probably a pain to work out, but have you considered colour coding the various forum pages?

Kalias,
If one of your posts is remove, feel free to e-mail me about it. I can't waste time e-mailing the poster of each post I remove. Seeing as how they almost always know why it was removed, it seems redudant. If you send me an e-mail with the just (a summary) of what the post said, I'd be happy to tell you why it was removed.
