Here's a quick reminder:
Open Windows Explorer. Open: Tools - Folder Options - File Type - highlight the type of file you want to switch (mp3, music CD, whatever) - Edit - click on "Play" - direct to new application (Media Player).
Good Luck Bob

Thanks Bob, but that did not work. How do I get to set the default player?

Maybe what Bob meant was to hold the shift key and then right click on the file, then choose open with. Some of the realone player files won't work with windows media player though. You could also open windows media player and click on tools, then options and then files types. Click on select all and apply. If windows media player can handle it, it will. Check also once in a while for plug-ins for windows media player. Of the two I like wmp better. For some reason on my computer RealOne takes too long to load and stutters while playing. This even after changing the cpu usage in their options. Be aware that on some websites you may not have an option about which player to use, so that RealOne may be your only choice available.
