The United States government is trying to impose this on their own citizens. That does not affect the rest of the world, though no doubt Ashcroft, Bush and the other fascists wish it did.

Makes sense. How can you forward develop a police state without Policeware? Looks like an additional $.25 per gallon of gas for this one.
