my floopy disc is corrupted with some virus. and now i need the data stored in it very badly.is there any way through which i can get the data from the floppy? i also have some doubts.they are 1.is dos.h supported in win2k and linux? 2. is acessing bios from linux a problem? please help me with these as soon as possible.
Possibly the floppy could be repaired with scandisk or Norton, but there's no real guarantee of salvage. A lot depends on the kind of data and the extent of the corruption.
I don't know what you mean by 'dos.h' - programming source file?
The BIOS is not accessed from the Operating System, whatever it may be - it's OS independent.
A vague disclaimer is nobody's friend.
