I've got Office 2000. Everytime I try to get my table and border floating tool bar in Word, I can't get it. I've tried and tried but still can't get that floating tool bar. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

If you mean being able to move the tool bar anywere on the desktop I am able to do that??

It's when I try to get my floating tool bar, it doesn't appear. All the others do except that one.
