CPU/Ram: 512MB
Model/Manufacturer: IBM Thinkpad

I have an issue. While waiting for files to load such as music files or movie files with the flash player, they don't load completely. You can see the grey bar moving right the more it loads, but it stops at about 15-25%. That's the problem. I tried it with both IE, and Firefox. Same problems. Suggestions?
