Hi Grant.
PC-Cillin Virus program has a very good firewall built in. But I don't know of a firewall that has a Virus program built in. Have a nice day Grant.

You probably don't want an integrated AV scan firewall anyway. look at it this way. they are supported individually and having separate routines you'll get the best of both. otherwise your at the mercy of management decisions that may favor one aspect over another when upgrades are needed. It's better to have a team of experts for each function.

Currently free or shareware programs are as good as they get, rivaling paid for routines.

My list is
Kerio, personal firewall
SpyBot, SD spy/malware search and destroy
AdAware, advertising cookies
HijackThis, hijacked browser recovery.

so far these are all free for personal use and are considered the cutting edge. There are free AV scanning software but to really keep up to date Norton AV works well.

Why do you need all these? because they all scan differently and will catch things the others don't.

I use Kerio too and love it. Some folk get in a tizzy with setting their own rules, so if you want the simple life then Sygate is very good and doesn't hog resources too much.

Sadly it no longer appears to be free.
