Hi Ken, Have you fit seperate graphics card and sound card? it may be Nothing to do with DELL. Normaly Windows loads Generic compatable drivers for the devices ? Take the side panel off to see what you have installed or download BELARC ADVISOR to identify what what you do have. Or SANDRA SOFTWARE Edward.

Latitude is a laptop; usually these are on-board items? Possibly belarc will give you some useful info? Perhpas Dell web-site/support can oblige; equally a search in google.com?
