how do I find all files with extension ".xls" on my pc?

If your useing windows98 you can goto your start menu goto find then find files or folders and type .xls make sure your looking in C:\ if there on your HD this should show you where there at and if you know you can delet them and dont need them you can high light the file and right click and choose delet hope this helps

Just a follow up on the help if .xls does'nt work try *.xls sorry about that
