on your windows 95 disc it is in the 2nd .cab file in the win95 directory. cabview is a tweakui ms program that lets u extract files from the .cab's

George, Try this on your command line if you're running Windows 98. (You can just cut and paste without the quotes). "extract /y /a /l c:\windows\system\vmm32\ d:\win98\base4.cab enable.vxd"
That should put it where it needs to be.
