hi
Is there any possible way that i can give access to certain files for printing and certain files as non printable files and only they can view the data?
There are certain excel databases which should not be printed and only be viewed. but the user should have access to print other certain files.

Hello Suriya, Normally on windows you can protect all files from any program to be written again by right-clicking on the file and put the "read-only" option... Concerning the fact to print it, there is no way to restrict your printer as long as it is plugged on your LPT1 connexion (plug for printer) If you wish nobody to access to the printing system on your computer just uninstall it and plug off all the printing configuration.
