Few probs with Windows 98

I have a couple of problems. The first is a message i get when Windows 98 loads up. Its says "Error loading C:\Windows\BXXS5.DLL System Cannot find Specified file."
The next problem i have is when loading up some programmes the system goes to blue screen and says " A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C02A20CC in VXD(VWin32)." The program shuts down and i return to desktop.
I also have a problem with the Rundll32 file. It appears to be missing and when i try running Scandisk it simply doesn't open.
If anyone has any suggestions for any of these problems i would really, really appreciate it. Thanks.
