Directly after I log on to our network, I get the errormessage: A fatal exception occured in 0e 0028:00cb0f9e the current application is ended.
Does anyone know how to solve this??
I get the message on a Toshiba satellite pro 4270 notebook. I suspect a problem with internet Explorer 5.5 SP1, but I'm not sure?
Thanks, Sander

An OE.VXD VMM is a Virtual Error VMM is Memory, so you have a Virtual Memory Error. Meaning that even if you wipe the HDD clean you will still have the same error. Do not let WIN control you MEM.
1) Right click My Computer.
2) Left click Poperties.
3) Left click Performance.
4) Left click Virtual Memory.
5) Left click "Let me specify ..."
6) This is going to be tricky, depending on the kind of MEM, PC100 or PC133.
7) PC100 you need to multipy the amount of RAM you have 4 times.
8) PC133 you need to multiply the amount of RAM you have 3 times.
9) Left click OK
10) Left click OK again
11) Reboot
This is the only way that I have been able to solve the OE problem ... if you have another way please inform me.

I figured it out!
My Cisco catalyst 2900 repeater was configured with the option "fast port enabled". I switched it to disabled and now everything seems to be working just fine!
Thanks
