Hi Everyone,

I think I might have the answer to your questions. I keep getting these same errors on Customer's computers. If you get an error message in the form of "FATAL EXCEPTION ERROR 0X.XXXXXXXX" it is probably means that you have a bad physical memory chip in your computer. First thing you can do to get rid of these errors is to turn off your external(L2) cache. You can do this by restarting your system and press a key when prompted to bring up your BIOS setup screen. You then need to follow the instructions on your screen to see how to disable this cache. If this does not help, you will need to increase the number of wait states in Bios.
