I've got the same problem, different computer. Have you found any solution? It does the same thing if I try setting up Lotus Notes.

I work for a var in Bessemer, AL. I had a customer come in with a simlar error. Getting "fatal exception in VXD WIN95AC." She was trying to login to Citrix Winframe server and was getting the BSOD right after putting in her login information.

I tracked down the cause to her PCI WinModem (in her case an AOpen manufactured, Rockwell-based modem). The WIN95AC.VXD is one of the driver files for the WinModems.

If you are getting these erros the simplest solution (and the one I chose for our customer), was to replace the WinModem with a traditional, ISA based JUMPERABLE modem. These work under any operating system and don't require the drivers that the WinModems do.

I don't know what manufacturer compact uses, but it is probably Rockwell-based too. Try getting a real modem and see if that fixes it, or you could pressure tech support at Citrix to see WHY it causes a BSOD with the WIN95AC.VXD.
