fatal exception vxd error when shutting down

Need help. My computer has been having "fatal exception vxd error"(blue screen) when shutting down. Happens eversince i installed my new Matrox G400 graphic card software on my Aopen AX59Pro Socket7 motherboard with AMD K6-2-333mhz. Anyone who can guess what's the problem? Please help...i've been stuck in my room for a week now repairing!!!!!

I've got the addresses for good drivers, as well as some patches you will need. It took me 1 week, 4 reformats and installs, and very little sleep to figure eveything out. email me to remind me and i will put the list to gether for you. Have to run to work now.

The problem are not the drivers of the matrox install the agp drivers of the motherboard.
