Whilst using MSpaint on my 95, it decided to die. When I restarted, the following measage came up:
Fatal Exception oe 015F:00000009
I've tried finding a solution, but to no avail. (http://www.generation.net/~hleboeuf/fatlexer.htm) was a suggested website, but that exact webpage doesn't exist. Can someone give me details on how to fix this issue.

Here is a link to a discussion about OE errors that might help you track down the problem:

There are also many past postings on this site about OE errors, dating back to when Windows 95 was first released...

What makes you think the error is related to Outlook Express?

Err, Jennifer, I can't see where anyone has mentioned Outlook Express. Although as the link says, it should be written 0e not Oe.
"Fatal Exception oe 015F:00000009"
some other bloke...

Why does she think it involves Outlook? It definitly didn't. I had recently been playing a game on a CD-Rom (all the requirements were met). When I ejected the CD, about a minuite latter it crashed. Does this information help?

tim, you can ask me directly, rather than asking someone else why I "think it involves Outlook." I didn't mention Outlook. I mentioned Outlook Express based on your subject: "Fatal Exception oe" assuming that you, like so many other posters here, typed oe instead of the proper Upper case "OE."
Putting the error code in the subject would have made the problem more clear...to me at least.
