Fatal Exception OE VXD Vwin32 (05)

I have a system that generated a fatal exception OE at 0028:c02a3531 in VXD Vwin32 (05) + 00002059. Does any know what the vwin32 does? And, any idea how to fix it? Thanks Colleen
