Fixed my own problem. Went to add/remove programs and went to remove and then clicked restore to previous version. It restored to 4.0 and then I reinstalled Internet Explorer 5.0 over that and it worked. I can now view my Jpeg files again with no Fatal Exception error message!!!

Reply: (edit)If you receive a Fatal Exception 0E at 015F:BFF9DBA7 when launching, lower your PC's hardware acceleration by going to Start/Settings/Control Panel/System/Performance/Graphics, and moving the slider bar to Basic Accelerator Functions. This will solve the problem.

would not startup.Did a clean install full format it loads win files fine,but after
first resart between putting in your name and the first hardware detection
Iget a MSGSRV32 executed invalid instruction in module VGA.DRV at
0002:00000209 I hit enter and I get a fatal exception oe at 015:BFF9DBA7.
I've tried everything changed ram chips,sound card,video card.I have a
soyo sy-5ehm mainboard,amd k6-2 450,129 mb ram,3dfx voodoo3,sound
blaster live sound card.I would be grateful for any ansewers. KCR

Reply: (edit)Windows is a pig,I have a AMD k6-2 450.I can run
BeOS 5 Pro and Linux without a problem.Windoze
keeps crashing on install with fatal OE.Had to
under clock 450 to a 400 and now windoze runs
fine.I think windoze is the s---tiest OS on the
market.In BeOS and Linux I can do twice as much
with half the hardware.

Reply: (edit)first off you should be running BSD if you wanna run a real OS, you mentioned nothing but crap. Secondly, your processor is a joke, if you go AMD go Athalon or something, otherwise go Intel and you would not have such issues in Windows. Finally, Windows is not like the OS'es you mentions, try playing intense multimedai applications are high end graphics programs on Linux or BeOS and see what happens, NOTHING!! Stop whinning and don't use Windows if you don't like it, but a Mac, the G4 Cube looks sweet and runs great, can you use a Mac?
