This link might help, but if it's a brand new computer & it's already having problems, I might thing about getting back with where I bought it for some answers

Mate there is only one thing you can do, just hit it as hard as you can with your fist first if that does work just kick it mate just kick as hard as you can...... teach the stupid thing a lesson .good luck mate.

Keith, There are a lot of VXD's packed in VMM32. Good idea but it doesn't work to well. Try [http://users.megapathdsl.net/~revolution/vxdfaq.html] for a fix that should take care of it.

I've had this problem for 8 months now it's got to with the AGP drivers, go to http://www.via.com.tw/drivers/ and get the 4in1424a.zip and update the via chips on your motherboard, I think this has to be done on a clean install before you install the video card drivers.
