Fatal exception errors in vxd.

I have windows 98 SE and i use IE5 and get this error message (a fatal exception 0E has occured at 0028:c153358b in VXD mstcp(01) + 00004fdb) and this error message (a fatal exception error has occured at 0028:c004d86f in vxd cfat(01) + 0000b897). any help would be apriciated alot. thanks.

It looks like it is a good time to reload Windows.

The first error has to do with the TCP/IP protocol used for the Internet and the second one has to do with the FAT hard drive table.
