Fatal exception error(blue background windows at top of screen)

I get an blue error message when I am usually playing games or running programs. It says," An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C0031161 in VxD VWIN32 (01) +00001161. This was called from 0028:C00599A6 in VxD VTDAPI (01)+000000BA." On a blue screen with Windows written at the top. PLZ EMAIL ME IF YOU CAN HELP!!!

Forget about all the memory addresses shown in the error If you are getting page falut error of "OE" then that is the problem with RAM, Change RAM Chips if You are getting error of "OD" then the problem is with Display driver, DirectX, V-RAM or Dislpay Card..I think your computer will work perfectly after replaing RAM.
