I have formatted my harddrive and reinstalled win98 and am recieving a exception error. Fatal Exception error OE at ... in VxD VPICD(01) + ... . Any help regarding these messages would be very much appreciated.

Hi Udrea,
Faulty RAM is also one of the issues by which you can receive this error. Try replacing the RAM.
& if works let me know.

I received the same error in Win95, and Windows would load only in safe mode. I reinstalled Windows to fix the problem.
