When shutting down computer I get this message. Using a cyrixMII 300c, MMX processor, Windows98, ATI 3D Rage IIc AGP Graphics. Any way to fix this? I have gone through windows help and using the msconfig command and selected setup does not make message come up. I cannot figure out what device is causing the problem.

On some messages like this, I have been able to click on DETAILS, for the fatal exception message, write down the whole error message, then search at microsoft.com. In 2 or 3 cases, a patch was available to fix the problem. In one case it was a known problem with Mcaffee Virus scan and a link was there for the patch on their site.
