I've regularly the following fatal exception 0E at 0028:C0091E4D in VxD Symevent(02)+ 000038F9. Sometimes I've this problem at startup or sometimes when I try to open a new program or something.

I've a PIII 600E, 128MbRAM Voodoo3 3000 AGP and Soundblaster Live.

Can anyone tell me what this problem is and how to solve it??

Thanks
