Fatal exception 0E in VXD NTKERN (01)...

I'm running Win98 SE with an AMD 350 Mhz. When the CPU isn't overclocked, everything's Okay. But when I overclock it to 400 Mhz (100X4), Windows sometimes gives me a Blue Screen telling there's a 'FATAL EXCEPTION 0E IN VXD NTKERN (01) AT 0028..... I know it deals with ram. But I've got two brand new SDRAM (8nns) ! On the other hand I don't want to disable my external cache in Bios. I have 128 Mb of RAM and I put my swap file number to 114 in Windows system performance. Is that correct ? And what about the exception message ?
