I could use some help with this one. Microsoft doesn't seem to care, as I just get the runaround. Whenever I try to play a game on the net (sometimes other programs) I get the message: Fatal Exception 0E at 0028:C00071A7 in VXD VMM (01)+ 000061A7. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Don't know if this will help or not. VXD VMM is a device driver, maybe yours is damaged. Try here> http:www.windrivers.com

Thank You Jake!!!! I went to windrivers.com and found it was the driver for my Rage video card. So I d/l'ed their driver, installed it and now everything is back to normal.
