Please help. I get this message--A Fatal exception 0d has occurred at 0157:00000CBA. The current application will be terminated. This happens every time I shut down or restart windows. Please help me and tell me what this means and how to fix it. Thanks a lot. Peace.

I have a similiar problem but i get an OC fatal eception when i reformat my computer and then try to reinstall win98...its a prob ive never seen..i was told my memory was junk...

i get same type of error: a fatal exception 0d has occurred at 0028:cooo28c6 in vxd vmm(01) + 00018c6. the current application will be terminated hit escape & does again at 0028:c0003abd + 00002abd then hit escape again and screen go white & have to shut off please help if someone knows ?????
