Howdy, Well what is the last thing you did before this error message occured? Did you add any new hardware/software or remove any hardware/software? You can try taking a look at MS's web site to see what they have to say about it but they normaly are no help. So some more details would help me, help you.

Laters,

Kevin The Tech Dude.

I'm getting the same FE 06 error. I haven't installed anything new and I'm using Win 98 on a Gateway laptop. I checked my registry and it checks out OK. It just started happening and promptly afterward will crash explorer.exe. I'm not able to find a solution on Microsoft's Web site...so any help here would be appreciated.

Hi,

I am getting a similar problem.

I am running W98 SE, PIII@600mhz, 256mb
I have a 720AFR@ Motherboard with a VoodooIII 2000 video card with 16mb
I have a 56k V.90 PCI Fax Modem.

I re-installed Windows 98 SE and IE5.0, and installed Netscape also.

I have a similar problem. When logged onto the internet using either Netscape47 or IE5. The screen will either freeze or it will give me a fatal exception error OD or OE. This happens when I maximize and minimize the windows repetitively. (or it just happens whenever at random times)

Anybody got a clue as to where I should start.

By the way, I took this back to BiPro computer in El Segundo where I bought the system and the Tech there said he could not get my system to crash like I described it. To him it is a perfectly running system. I brought it home and crashed it within 5 minutes of hooking it back up.

Help!

I sometimes get the blue screen with various different messeages (usualy involving OE) Can you please provide me with some help.
