For months now i keep getting a fatal error screen...sometimes when just in the web...or in Mplayer....a card game site. I noticed today they're the same of 2 each time.
Fatal Error OE 0028:CASACBC9 in VXD AFVXD (01) + 00001649 or it reads the same accept its fatal error OE C15BEFF9.
Anyone know what this means and what i can do to fix it??? Yes i have Win98.

Sue,you might want to reinstall win98 over top of the old one, that should fix your error, might also be a good idea to get the service pack 1 win98 update as well

Wait a sec!
I usually suggest reinstalling files before reinstalling the whole OS.For the error you've mentioned, AFVXD.VXD can be found in Win98 CD under filename Net9.cab. Extract it to c:\windows\system and overwrite the old one('cause the old one might have corrupted and so caused the error)
If this desn't work, post more about the errors you got(write down exactly what the error says, because that's the clue to solve the problem).

We get the error:
Fatal error OE at 0028:C0285673 in VXD VWIN32 (05) + 000023C7
Will the above suggestions fix this as well. Any other suggestions?
