when i restart computer or try to sign on to aol i get a fatal exception error vxd acpi 1 how do i fix problem

how could i stop popups when im not online go for search

What is the exact error message? Did this just start recently? What changes were made to the system prior to this problem?

it has been happening for the last few months the message is a fatal exception error has occurred in vxd.acpi (01)
