Fatal Error in Excel 2000

Hi, I have a problem with excel 2000
When i open the program i get a fatal error:
".... in 016f:30026d69 ....".
I had remove office 2000 and reinstall but nothing....
Anyone help me???????????

Try deleting from the registry the excel key found at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\. Close the registry and restart Excel. Excel will recreate the registry entry and set everthing for Excel back to default.
