In the middle of trying to install Windows 98 my computer crashed with the error,

Invalid DPMI return from 0367:5f92, then booted me to a dos prompt. Does anyone know what this means?

Not sure, maybe you should check your RAM. Try memtest86 (Google).

sounds like bad memory. just out of curiosity, what do you use that system for?

Argue for your limitations and sure enough, they're yours.
