Hi.

i failed open some attachment files from my e-mail received. The attachment is show files extension "msg". While i open it and windows has display "The page cannot be displayed". How to view msg files?

i need to help?

I don't think it is normal to have an association with .msg files or to expect to double click on them to open (either from email or Windows Explorer).

They are ASCII text files normally used by the system, so I think what happened was the correct condition. What was the reason somone sent them to you and what were they supposed to be?

If you want to peer inside them save the attachments to a spare folder. Then go to NotePad and you will be able to read the texts (use All Files in the bottom box).
