I had to reformat my hard drive, and I reinstalled windows 98 with no problems. I installed Access Manager for my DSL connection without any problems. But when I try to connect I get the error message "Failed To Load Tap". I have uninstalled and re-installed it many times, and the samething happens, I checked and the adaptor is binded, I've changed some of the settings and then I can get past the Tap part, but then it just Times Out and doesn't connect, my mother called the DSL provider Sympatico and the tech guy said there is something wrong with the windows 98 cd. But I didn't have any problems with it when I installed the OS.

I suggest you get a new copy of 98. Or clean the cd then reinstall windows. You should call the tech support on your on so you can give a detailed explanation of the problem.

well hope that helps;
