Of late, i keep getting the error message when i log on to the Internet using MS IE. As this "appears" to be an IE problem I would try IE Repair first. Go to Control Panel/Add-Remove and double click "Microsoft IE & Tools". If you get the Repair option give it a whirl. IE & Windows are inter-related so if the above doesn't help then try scanreg /fix (harmless) or even scanreg /restore (fairly harmless) as already suggested. Derek.W
