Hi I have an IBM Aptiva Amd 400 k6 3dnow with 256 Mb of Ram, 20Gb Hdd 16Gb free I receive the following error several times during a session on the computer. I can get it to occur if I select Control Panel. It will let me continue once I have closed the error message. It occurs randomly with other programs and appart from Control Panel and it will let me continue after closing the error message. Search for a file named msiesh.dll . If you find it delete the folder that contains it and use Ad-aware to clean up the registry.
