Shdocvw.dll (Shell Doc Object and Control Library)
Version is: 5.50.4614.2000 (This is for I.E. 5.5)
Check this version against yours, if you have an earlier version, this may be the cause of your problem. Also this .dll file may be corrupted on your system. Run SFC (System file checker) to find out.
Good luck, tm.
